Frugal Friends is a way for people to come together and share their financial wisdom and thoughts on living on a budget. It is for anyone who wishes to get more for their money, people who may attend include:
		-people on a tight income -people who wish to save more -people considering bankruptcy or iva -people in an bankruptcy of iva -people who have completed bankruptcy or an iva and wish to share their experiences

The meeting size is small (approx 5-15 people) and the setting casual (usually a bar or lounge).

The meeting lasts an hour or so and is quite casual. Topics can include:

-how to find the best bargains in the shops
-how to generate more income (e.g. getting a tenant, selling on ebay, keeping chickens, pedigree dogs!)
-how to create a keep a budget
-how to cope emotionally when under financial stress
-how to deal with social occasions when other people are spending money and you cannot (useful excuses, etc)
-how to give presents that are financially cheap but are emotionally invaluable (and possibly much better than any other present you could give)
-how you and your family can enjoy yourself on a budget (economic holidays, activities)

The meetings are non-solicitation and are for people to help each other. Experts from the popular iva.co.uk forum sometimes come along to add their thoughts.
