You can ---- but the lower the score the fewer the lenders and the higher the rates. If you are in an IVA the IP would have to agree too --- which is unlikely.

Specialist lenders would be able to direct you, presuming you have the permissions from your IP if you are still in an IVA.
Ryan and or Shaun are two experts in the forum whichever helped many of us over the years following our iva closures. I can.personally vouch for Ryan and his team.
If you are looking at a Right to Buy Mortgage and your IVA has completed, but your score is low because the arrangement is still showing on your credit files, I gather that Ryan (see post above) now has access to a willing lender.
