Has anyone had any issues with Duff and phelps (formerly known as MCR) my iva was completed early however now they are not returning my calls, still waiting for completion certificate
Their web site has just crashed my pc so I'm already not impressed.
Site is minimal in terms of describing what they do plus way too large in terms of who you want dealing with your iva.
I think you will have to formally complain and then go to insolvency service.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
It's a shame you can't speak to anyone quickly and easily. Do the old fashioned thing and send them a letter by recorded/registered post so they cannot dispute receiving it. You can then follow up with a formal complaint if necessary.
I've not heard of them at all but do agree that you should write to them and send it recorded.
