If you are worried about overspending on your mobile phone, both 3 and Tesco offer the facility to cap your contract, meaning that you can't go outside of your tariff. That way you know exactly what your bill will be every month.
Currently in an IVA. Not a Financial Professional, any comments expressed are just my opinion.

A good tip there and one worth considering if on a strict budget as in an IVA. Luckily my contract gives unlimited calls/text so I'm ok but others may find this useful.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
