Posted - 10 March 2010 : 08:41:10 Hi one and all. I have two old company pensions which I had with previous employers. The total fund value is approximately £25k. I understand that I am unable to access these funds until retirement but is there anyway of accessing this funds to pay off the IVA considering the debt I have? I don't think there is but it's worth a post.
Hope everyone is keeping well.
Mikey

Haven't a clue on this one I'm afraid.
Hopefully Mel or one of the other experts will be along later.
