I have had an IVA for 6 months. I have missed two payments but now started paying them again, with increased amounts to make up for what I missed.

My circumstances have now changed and I will be going from sharing a house with my partner and paying £225 rent a month, to renting a flat by myself for about £350.

Will my IVA provider allow me to make reduced payments as I missed payments earlier this year?

Hi emma and welcome to the forum

Anything is possible in the world of IVAs, but you will need to discuss this directly with your own IP how has detailed knowledge of your case. If a formal variation is necessary, this will have to be put to creditors at a newly convened creditors meeting for this specific purpose.
