Mmm, I especially get the point about not been able to apply again without a bit of a wait for a home loan, after a first rejection as the result goes on the Credit file and have a negative effect. The lenders are like Gas supplier cartles, they tend to mirror in each others behaviour. The question t...

Strictly speaking yes the system of police cadet is defunct...now it refers to youngsters as volunteers helping their forces with no direct
auto entry into the Force. I am using the term loosely....it is trainee officers to exact.

Good advice, running woodchucks.....people who do not hold a national security clearance here don't appreciate that credit check will always be done. If not declared, the iva cannot help to counter the credit file which will show defaults. ...and the debts seemingly not dealt with. I hold two securit...

It's likely be a ctc clearance....counter terrorism check....nothing higher..on that form it does not directly asked for divulging of fanancial details but you will have to sign a consent form to allow the employers to check all databases incl. Credit files. Be sure to be crystal clear about the iva...

If there is any consolation to your contrition, the country's finanaces are in no better shape! 7 years probably more of unbridled austerity at least and coupled with foolish dogmatic spending cuts that aims to give labour the V sign than it is to fix the economy. The western world is broke....debts...

8K is a lot to lose in salary and harms the iva survival...and with 3 years to go....bad timing. I said in another post just a few days ago that creditors will only go so far in accepting less as what was agreed in any iva variation. The creditors have to show great debt forgiveness. Sorry but It is...

Payments for IVA can be adjusted to go up and down as the official wording goes....however, even without a minimum dividend payable, it is probably not the case that people could end up paying from 42p(as agreed) to the pound to 13p to the pound and expect creditors to accept it? To say well .....at...

4th year EQ release clause should be scrapped till credit crisis eases. But it will be a long wait hahaha If EQ release cannot happen in 99.9% of cases why put that clause in,it is a waste of words.A milestone that is unachievable. Hands up anyone here who have done a 4th year release?? Make the iva...

Totalmoron, you wake up to a debt problem with 26K and wanted no more...that's credit to you. I woke up with £XXX,XXX debt, and I toppled *deleted* as she thought she had a big debt and I am a least a decade younger than her. No bragging rights intended but 26K is nothing to get worried about.
