My IVA was completed almost 2 years ago in March 2012, since then it has been an absolute nightmare cleaning up my credit file. My understanding was that everything dropped off a credit file after 6 years, don't you believe it, it has taken me months to convince Experian that my IVA was complete, I ...

I received my competion certificate in early August, I was contacted by EIC the same week, I was told that since I already had my completion certificate any monies recovered would be mine, I queried this with GT and they confirmed this fact. I signed a letter of authority in August, EIC have rang my...

It would be very nice but I won't hold my breath. I'm happy that I have kept my IP fully informed and I have complied with all his instructions so if a little bit of a windfall were to come my way I wouldn't say no. It's out of my hands now so I'm just going sit back and wait, I've got nothing to lose

I have now been told that should EIC recoup any money, I can keep it, so if EIC want to take thei...

Too late I have already given my signature. I'm not bothered if they want to try and recoup any money, what I don't understand is what happens to it if they do, I am no longer in an IVA and my understanding is, legally I no longer have any creditors, they have all accepted the terms of the IVA and b...

Now that my IVA is complete I no longer have any creditors, they have been paid in full and I have been legally released from any further obligations. GT are no longer acting on my behalf and there doesn't appear to be any mechanism available to pay creditors any further funds, so what happens to an...
