Congratulations Doritos,

Glad to see quick completion for you, after the initial threads of trepidation a few years ago when Creditfix started hoovering up IVAs it seems that one area they are very competent in is completions.

Good Luck for the future.

Hiya Foggy,

I have an `administrative review search` from Hitachi Finance a few months ago, never dealt with them. They seem to appear if you use a comparison site for insurance quotes, etc... and looking up these `searches` on the net, it appears they are soft searches.

After reading a post on the forum very recently from someone who had completed an IVA, had their credit files clear up and been removed from the IR and proceeded to get a mortgage with First Direct Bank all within months, I thought I might try and open a current account with them. I checked their co...

Hi vito, I did phone Max Recovery/Eversheds and they seemed fine when I explained about the debt being part of a completed IVA, I also informed them that I could send copies of my completion certificate and final report showing the account in question as part of my IVA. I was told that wouldn`t be n...

Had a surprise in the post yesterday. A letter from Natwest Credit Card (RBS) three months after IVA completion informing Me that they have `reassigned` my outstanding debt to Max Recovery/Eversheds, and requesting I contact said DCA and my insolvency practitioner with any future correspondence. I c...

Hi recovering,

I've had pet insurance with Animal Friends via monthly instalments all through my IVA and never had a problem getting accepted.

I had to make a few claims too and they were always straight forward and quick to pay out, I'm still insured through them now I've completed my IVA.
