As Andy suggested - perhaps to need to write them a letter - identifying the problems and what you would like done about it. I am all for ranting and raving - but when making a formal complaint, you need to stick to points you want addressed. and what exactly you want done about. Send this by record...

It sound easier to add all the bills shares that need to be paid + rent to one amount - this is what you pay your brother each month on the rent book - but it covers everything.

Glad about you house insurance Paul - we find as our house is old, it has a high rebuild cost, and as well as having a (burn) stream in the garden, most on line insurance wont quote on line.

Biscuits - welcome to the forum -- it will depend on their own IVA proposals, but if they owe the IVA pot some money - how their IVA company suggests/deals with that will be dependent on how much. But they do have a responsiblity to keep their IVA company informed of any changes

Ema - welcome to the forum -- you are encouraged to save - so open up as savings account somewhere, to cover xmas etc - as well as those emergencies (boiler /car etc etc )

FSO - is the route - however they make it clear they wont investigate the complaint unless all the internal routes have been shown to have been used
