As I have lambasted GT's customer services on this forum I feel it only fair to inform fellow forum members that I have today received a phone call from Karol at GT, she has assured me my case will be closed, name removed from the IVA register and completion certificate sent within 5 to 10 days. Bec...

Carl, I would continue pushing Grant Thornton as in my experience they will fob you off as long as possible, I have read a post on here where final payment was made in July 2011 and they have received their completion certificate. I have asked what their criteria is for clearing back log as i settle...

I sent email to Karol as per the instructions on 5th March 2012 and have posted several threads on the forum and not received reply to either !! My email was quite critical of their customer services so has probably been put to the bottom of the pile or " lost " in cyberspace. I have also read that ...

Well done for getting a response from GT, it appears from this forum that you are one of the fortunate ones. There are a lot of people who are having problems with GT customer services, I have received no response from emails sent and posts on the forum, I keep reading that Karol will sort things ou...

Congratulations Paul, it's the final piece of the jigsaw and hopefully you can start to move on now. It does make me wonder what criteria Grant Thornton are using to clear the back log as my final payment was made in June 2011 and others on this forum as far back as March 2011 still waiting for thei...
