We did a full and final to end our IVA early. We were with Harrington Brooks. We received our Completion Certs within 6 weeks.

our 6 years are up on 8th nov 17 since start of iva we did a full and final feb 16 completion certs received april 16. my question is when does the iva drop off my file should it be 8th nov thanks

ALL OUR IVA IS AT BACK OF MY FILING CABINET WHERE IT WILL STAY

the same happen to us lloyds sold on a debt to link and i sent letter of completion to link they said lloyds should never have sold on the debt which they admitted was a mistake all taken off credit file all sorted.

i used to be with harrington brooks when in my iva they allowed me all my allowances i claimed all within guidelines never queired. i would ring them again and have another go maybe get to speak to your IP

once you have your completion certificate you are free to do as you like with your house until then im afraid if you sell any monies will need to be paid into your iva pot
