Assuming the furlough money related to your wage then you should use this income to pay your presumed normal IVA contributions.

The redundancy money will also have to be paid over, likely in full as you have found new employment.

I would wait to see what happens with your employment/potential redundancy/reduction in income.

if your income is reduced and contributions reduced accordingly then the offer will be much more attractive.

The onus is on you to contact your IP with the equity details, if applicable, usually at month 54.

Do not wait for your IP to contact you.

As Foggy states your disposable income is usually calculated pro rata between you both , if not it is assumed to be 50:50.

Don't forget to explore whether Bankruptcy is a better option for you.

It is a bit ambiguous as they have called it goodwill in one sentence and final settlement in the next. I recommend you ask them to clarify what they mean by final settlement.
