Could the iva have been 6 years plus an extra year for releasing equity due to being with northern rock ?

It's an eye opener . I think the best part of an iva is learning to live without credit and on a budget which I plan on doing from now on . I think people should use it as a learning curve for the future so this never happens again .

Thanks it's a very strange feeling . Already saved 3 iva payments and have a grand in the bank .

Have you tried ringing them as you say you have just sent an email ? I am with Payplan and they always answer the phone and answer my questions .

Foggy, I'm currently with Leeds BS on a shared ownership deal, It says when i log on 3 months before to select a deal they don't do a credit check and can sign a new deal online.
