I am off to Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, to be exact. Really looking forward to it although getting a bit worried about the heat. The last time I looked it was 43 dgreees and rising! Looks like I will spend 2 weeks floating in the sea on a lilo. Its a hard life!!!!

Monies all sorted now for the holiday and to be honest being refused an overdraft has done me a favour because I dont really want credit ever again but I was curious to know how long "it" stayed on my "report"!

Hi Joanne and welcome to the forum. Having been through debt and having too much credit readily available I am now in an IVA. For me personally future credit (apart from hopefully a mortgage) is something I hope is firmly behind me and if I survive the IVA I'm looking forward to a debt free life!! ...

How long does an IVA stay on your credit report. For example, if I took out an IVA will I ever be able to get credit again?
