me thinks from a similar experience that the shortfall as well as costs will be chased but not 100% sure.

I agree Jan. I dont think handing the car back after you have paid so much would apply as the account is in arrears.

I think it is half and includes any deposit paid providing thier is no arrears outstanding.

If you had the house on the market all along then the price drop would have occured anyway. However you may still be able to negotiate a full and final with £3,000 less so is well worth speaking to GT about it.

you dont get paid for leisure time but if you were working instead you would be earning money so the cost of the leisure time is the amount you would have earned if at work. People dont usually see leisure time as a cost because its accepted that leisure time is an essential part of everyday life.
