Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

If you need to send a payment by post then you could use a postal order or bankers draft. There will be a small cost for these but is safer than sending cash through the post, which you should never do anyway.
I think you may have an issue with your forum, I posted this question on the DebtHelpCharity.com forum, I then had to register on this forum with a different email address.
My question is in relation to the sister site and to the offer letter it generates it states;
"I look forward to your agreement to my payment proposal. I enclose my first payment under this plan with this letter. To make future payments easier, I would be grateful if you would forward me a paying in book."
Including a postal order is fine however it would be quite expensive to include £500 worth of orders to 14 seperate creditors.
You mentioned paying by debit card, I am not happy to include my details on the letter is it possible to request the company call me to take the payment?
I could you but I am concerned that the payment will not be matched with the letter, I suppose I could make the payments by debit card and then send the letters after.
Like you say I would make the payment by phone and then send the letter. Make sure you get the person's name when you make the payment (I know it's obvious but it's easy to forget!) and put all the details in the letters.
Hi, just to clarify a point you made earlier, I don't think that forum is anything to do with us, which is why you would have had to re-register.

Hi, You may want to do some investigation then because I registered on that site, posted my question and received an email confirming that the question had been posted to this site, the registration page for the forum on their site is identical to the registration page on your site. This is why I assumed they are sister sites. Also I spoke to a lady on the freephone number on the other site and she was extremley helpful, her name is Tracy.
Thanks
Leigh.
