i have owned property and i sigined it over and no longer live there but can the creditors pay the offical reciever to make me bankrupt to get money from a house i used to share with my former partner if its within 5yrs of me signing the house over to her. its almost 5 yrs since i signed it over to her, thanks craig.
Hi I think that the OR can go back a number of years and reverse any transaction that was made at under the market value Regards
