due to the bankruptcy and the OR sending letters out to my creditors all have been ok except ,santander who firstly sent me out 3 letters saying they have heard from the insolvency service and know im bankrupt,but they will in future just send me statments ,then a week later i get another 3 letters saying in the loverly red bold writing that they are passing my debt on to a collections agency,i rang my OR who was not very impressed with santander and i have now sent on the letters to her,she said a sturn letter will be sent to santander explaining the terms of bankruptcy for creditors if i recieve any more i may make a claim for harrasment against them,TERRY D 1 - SANTANDER 0
never cment on me speling its rubbish and i didnt go to schola lot okk
made bankrupt 1st august 2012 at 10.00am
now disharged so bankrupt no more thank god im free of debt now

Santander are real arses. My son banks with them and he constantly gets phone calls and letters from them over his overdraft, which is sanctioned and not in the red!
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
