hi, me and my ex partner have a joint loan of £9000 and overdraft of £2500 he is not working at the moment. I also have credit and store card and catalogue debt aswell as tax credit debt totalling £11000 and i have a wage of £730 a month when i reapply for tax credits i should get an extra £100 a week

Hi Alex. Tax Credit advice is outside of the scope of this forum and we are unable to give you the answers you are seeking in this regard.

If you are struggling to pay your debts then a chat with a couple of insolvency experts would be a good idea to see where you stand.

If there are tax credit overpayments these can be included within any insolvency so get some free advice.
