I'm currently on an Iva but I'm being taken to court by ex for money/gifts he got me whilst we were together. One of the gifts was a second hand car which is registered in my name. If he wins will the Iva protect me?

It is possible that the debt would be captured within the IVA so your ex should be made aware. Otherwise he could be wasting a lot of money with little or no chance of recovery.
