Can somebody on IVA be a financial deputy for disabled unable to look after their own finance ?

can somebody on IVA be a financial deputy for disabled who has not got the capacity to look after his own financials affairs

If you mean some form of power of attorney then yes but not in bankruptcy. Get legal advice or speak to the IP if in doubt.

Lawyer who has attorney of making financial decisions of disabled person is on Iva and didn't made anyone aware of that also we are concerned about the finances of that disabled person

I am sure the finances will be fine and there is nothing to stop a lawyer entering an IVA. The SRA will be aware anyway so nothing to be concerned about as the IVA in no way impacts on his ability to be a lawyer or his integrity.
