It looks like that there will be a final deadline for claiming PPI with 2018 being proposed.
If this has not been redressed during your IVA be prepared for a push on setting this sorted and/or having to sign deeds of assignment.
If you are not in an IVA but you think that reclaiming PPI might stop you having to go into one start claiming now.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
