I'd love to have their details for my own reference - always good to know mortgage brokers who can assist clients and ex-clients once their IVAs have concluded.
If you don't feel like posting the information publicly, could you send me a private e-mail?
Equity Finance are part of the Select Partnership group so their details can be found by contacting Shaun Vickery. Our clients have used them many times over the years.

Hi Melanie,
Just looking back at some of the earlier post and it was actually yourself who recommended them to me as below [:)]
I'd suggest that you give Shaun Vickery a call at The Select Partnership. Shaun is a whole of market broker, who will be able to shop around for you and find the right deal. He also has a detailed knowledge of insolvency, and how this can affect credit applications - so definitely worth a call.
Also found out as we waited a while for it to be quite a few months showing no paydays that the Interest has gone down and our Mortgage if get it is will now be £40 less a month than originally stated [:D]
Well got some good news yesterday that the lender has given us an offer of mortgage so can now nearly see the finishing line
Only bad thing is they are not happy with the incentive of our Builder paying our stamp duty so have lowered their loan to compensate but not too fussed as just happy we have an offer of mortgage.
Never doubted your acceptance IR for the loan as 9 out 10 approval are successful.
You have a good broker..post and let other see the contacts and get the assistance.
The more broker options for ex iva mortgages the merrier.Choices and option never a bad thing.
I accept that unless you are convinced you can go it alone using a broker is the next best thing for home loans. If there weren't fees I would 100 percent endorse brokers.
Only on mortgages do they seem to charge and not for any other financial services?
Being paid by the bank is enough.
Good work IR and EF broker
