HI All, I am 6 months into an IVA and would like to know if I can get a basic bank account with online and phone access?
Been refused today by RBS for a standard account with them.

Thanks for the replies guys!
I have recently heard Co-op are no longer IVA friendly so I may try Barclays, but I am wondering if they will accept me as they were included in my IVA for around £10k..Do you think that will have a bearing on any decision they make about me?

You should avoid choosing a new account with someone you had previous debt with.
