Im just checking with you guys....i worked over christmas so have a little extra in this months pay. But its less than the 10% increase im allowed so I dont need to pay CF extra do I? Its only if it goes over that 10% figure isnt it? Ive never earnedmore than the basic i declared so all new. I know Mel wouldnt have expected any of it and assume CF wont either.

As others have stated you should be fine, as long as your IVA has the standard 10% clause

Thanks harrysmum! Thats what i thought. Only £83 more (not worth missing my kids at xmas for but c'est la vie!) Hope youre ok.

No way ! I do overtime most months and as long as it doesn't go over the 10% its then happy days... And even if it does you only pay 50% over.
Enjoy the extra as I can imagine like me its been a long month

feeling very stressed at the moment back to it consuming all of my mental energy! Just had my 2nd IVA Anniversary it has flown..... so far! x

Its not been a too bad a month to be honest. Lovely not having CC statements piling up!!! Got a bit tight in the middle for few days but we got through it.
Harrysmum i thought you had...we both started process same time but as i was due to give birth we delayed a few months to deal with that first!!! Shes 2 in a couple of weeks!!! Where does the time go!
