You can start the work and get notes on but at this stage the IVA stays on your file for a full 6 years (but longslog is challenging that with the ICO).
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
