defaulted after 3 years paid 11000 pounds put inf/f offer but instead of creditors tix voted who are debt buyers themselves part of tdx we was not told until after needlessto say rejected so100 per cent lead for tdx defaulted because creditor hardley paid any money oh the other creditor to vote was money people my iva provider made themselves a creditor for the 2000 left of my money wonder if the judges relialized whats going on rose.

Hi what was the F&F offer? Was it to accept payments to date in full and final settlement or was it a lump sum to settle future contributions?

If it was a lump sum that was rejected you should be able to continue your IVA payments in the normal way.

You query about TIX being able to vote has been answered on your other post.
