If it's 30% interest on the loan you will be paying another £1k on top of what you would pay if the IVA continued as normal.

Frustrating, but not surprising. Written communication is not their strong point !

Thanks Foggy.. I know I am not the first to complain about Creditfix communication...

Nothing worse than bad communication.......

I have been forced to use Creditfuxxed, this is not my choice. Mel sold me a dream, and then sold me out to a unresponsive profit hungry turkey...

That's an understatement......

The trouble is, when you speak on the phone, I just get the impression I am the first ever call they have had. they have no knowledge, and do not have the authority to look or comment on my account...

I don't believe a word they say on the phone.

I want it in writing, and they are seemingly refusing to give it...
