Hopefully you get the creditors meeting sorted soon.

Its hard enough being in an IVA, never mind having to deal with someone constantly giving the wrong information & trying to scare you into something.

Hello to all, i can happily say my offer was accepted and i'm free of the IVA and as you know completely debt free! Would i recommend an IVA? for me it was one of the most stressful things i have ever been involved in.
Mine lasted 2 years and 7 months felt like forever. BUT it taught me a lesson i will never forget don't get into debt you can't pay, so on that basis it was a good process for me. Thank you to the experts and genuine people who give up there valuable time to come onto this forum to help and reasure people like myself in what can only be described as tough times. Many many thanks.
