I would rather they contacted me to confirm but I know that another payment 'could' leave my account before they pull their fingers out. If it transpires they believe I owe them money I would rather me owe it them and sort it straight away rather than be in credit to them and wait months for a 'possible' refund.
Any way doom and gloom over, today I am a happy man.[:)]
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

I don't think the lesson is to never get credit again, I believe it is the define knowledge learned on how to manage exactly what you can afford and not be tempted to draw on money you don't have the income to repay.

Fab that you've finished your payments, hopefully that certificate won't take long to arrive.

Merlin's post is a good one, I've completed an IVA and have a car loan, which I can afford and do feel in control of my finances.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
