It really depends upon who you are with. They should do, especially as these funds usually come from a third party who would like to know where their money has gone. However, some firms seem not to acknowledge anything !

Just drop them an email and ask if the monies were received ok and if they say yes this could constitute your receipt so to speak. Good luck with your F&F offer.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I suspect with some IP firms it's a case of 'If you don't ask, you don't get'. Ask your Supervisor to send you written confirmation of receipt of the funds.

With apologies for being a "Victor Meldrew", Lisa, with many companies it's a case of 'don't get even if asked'.

Many of the larger firms lose interest in customer service once you are in the IVA and are part of the captive clientele. And, being fed leads by the creditors themselves as well as some advice agencies, they need not worry about reputation either.

Some companies seems dismayed that we can have expectations - they seem to forget that they only get paid by the payments we make and that it's not unreasonable to be able to demonstrate minimum standards.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I asked the question today and were told that we would recieve both verbal and written confirmation in the event of our full and final being accepted, and also the same when funds were recieved.

A document should also come out to confirm closure of the IVA.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

Hi Foggy - Wow that's bad. I pride myself on Customer Service. Hopefully Julie's IP firm will comply.
