Hi all,
I am an ex PJG client who like so many on here was sold to Creditfix. So I was hoping if anyone who has put forward a F&F offer to creditfix could tell me what they ask for.So far i've got a letter from my relative with an offer for my creditors, their bank statement, and id and a mortgage redemption statement.
Should I send a valuation to them,I did get a local agent to do one and have got equity now it seems, didn't when starting out,but I'm 4 years in now Also do you think they will send a i&e as I've only got the PJG one we use, or could I use that? Finally does anyone know how long they usually take to get a meeting set up.Thankyou

Hi Cypher, We are also transfers from another company to Creditfix and just last week submitted a full and final offer, we had already had our equity situation looked at and sorted before being transferred so we haven't been asked for any documents relating to that side of things. We sent a covering letter from ourselves, a letter from my relative, proof of their identity and proof of funds, along with an I and E in our old format. We had to wait a week for our date as our details were still being digitized on their systems, but may be quicker for you. Fingers crossed for you.

Thanks for the info BusyBea3, I did wonder about the i&e form,as I hear theirs is very different to our old ones,so good to know they accepted your original company's forms.I'll have to wait and see which one they want me to fill out.
I wish you good luck with your forthcoming meeting,I hope you don't have too long to wait.x

Hi MrsR,
Thanks for your reply.I think I've got all what they need now, did at first forget to mention the letter from myself which I have just now sent them. Do you just have one contact after a while,as each email they send is from somebody new, and does the new IP contact you about it, when they have looked at your offer.
Very best wishes for your meeting x

I had a main contact called Stephanie McNairn throughout and we have our F&F meeting this Monday at 3pm.

We have no other people involved, just her directly by ohone and email.

Very efficient, and helpful with all our many questions!

It's a pleasure Cypher, happy to help, our Variation is on the 24th April, so not really too long although I'm sure it will feel like a lifetime, just going to keep busy and the Easter break will be a welcome distraction with the children off school! We haven't been given a main contact as of yet, but ours has been really straight forward so just a case of waiting for the outcome, although I will say everyone that I have dealt with in the lead up and speaking too since have been great! No complaints so far! Good luck with everything, and you too Mrs R! Hopefully we won't be too far behind you!
