Congratulations on being debt free, and well done to Creditfix for the speed in issuing your certificate. They appear to receive a lot of bad press, but in your case they appear to have excelled themselves.

Hi tonydc6
Congratulations on completing your IVA.
Just curious, as our IVA is due to end in a couple of months, did creditfix do a final review during the last few months of your IVA or did the last payment leave your account and you just waited for the completion certificate.

Our IVA IS due to finish in Oct 2015, we were transferred to Creditfix by PJG, Ive tried to email them a few times & only got back the standard, "We will pass it on to the appropriate dept & they will be in touch" still no reply 3 emails & 5 weeks on. Im getting slightly worried as PJG sent out our I&E by July every year. Does this sound normal? (I will be calling them to try & get some answers on Thur when my monster is back at school) :-/

Creditfix seem to be still playing catch up after acquiring, it seems, too many new cases ! All you can do is keep on at them.
