Many congratulations.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

My thoughts are that, with a little tweaking of their practices, CF could be a good firm to be with. Early indications ( and it is early) would seem that they simply follow the agreement and do not appear to try to twist interpretations to their own ends. So far they seem to be delivering "what it says on the tin".
