Trying to get an answer from either Cleardebt or Aperture. I've tried calling, emailing and getting no response. My 60th payment will come out 30/04/16 and i want to know what happens next? I've had no contact regarding a final review. Last contact was an email in Feb saying Aperture had taken over my IVA from Cleardebt. It's a shame as Cleardebt have been great during the 5 years and now i just want it over. PPI claims have been dealt with and closed. I rent so have no ownership things to deal with at the end. Never missed a payment so it should be straight forward but i don't want to pay any additional payments i don't need to. Anyone from Cleardebt or Aperture reading this, can you help?

I do believe Aperture read the forum, but never comment. All I can suggest is that you keep badgering them. If no useful response I would consider making a formal complaint and escalating this to their regulators if need be.

Thanks Foggy - it's so frustrating as Cleardebt have been great and always on time for reviews etc. When I've called - i get told they will get back to be, then nothing. I emailed again on monday last week, got their auto reply saying they would reply...nothing yet!...I have emailed my last contact at Cleardebt who was my account manager and still nothing. Not even a non as I want to be able to cancel my Standing Order and not pay another £400.

Personally I would not make the payment, subject to my question below -- as it is easier to get it to them if they ask than it is to get it back if it shouldn't have been paid.

Are you in rented, or has equity been sorted out ?

I am in rented through a housing association so there is no equity to sort...I will try again this week...

Pleased to say that Aperture called me this morning and I've also now received and returned my final I&E forms, payslips etc etc. Also good news that I've made all my payments so I was able to cancel my Standing Order today!!!! Which is excellent as I thought I still had 1 payment to make.

So just need to wait now for the final review to be done....

Whew! hopefully it will all be fine.

Good news. Apart from the almighty clanger they continue to drop over equity, Aperture do seem to be getting their act together a bit. A pity they have marred their reincarnation in such a big way .

Convenient timing that you've now heard from them...

Glad you're getting somewhere. Well done on making your final payment.

Email from Aperture today to say I don't owe anything additional from my final I&E and they have passed my case to their closure team, finally on the last leg! And I have to say Aperture were great on the phone yesterday, very helpful! so thank you. i hope the closure is as quick as the rest!
