Well told I would hear today when creditors meeting is going to be but no email as yet. What I have received is the RX1 form to sign and return if we want to proceed. THis was signed and sent with original proposal pack and Knightsbridge told me they had received the completed pack and were just waiting on meeting being booked. EEEEhhhhhh, honestly, Im gonna have far more grey hairs at the end of this process!

Hopefully it won't be long now, this is the worst bit as I'm sure you know. Hang in there.

Fingers crossed you will have the date by the end of the week. It is a difficult time not knowing and my best advice would be to try and stay busy and look at things in a different light ... Start to think about how you will budget each week and how you will manage once the iva starts ... Small steps and looking at activities that are free but allow you to still enjoy life .... Look out all the nice parks and gardens nearby and plan some lovely walks in the autumn weather ... Let us know tomorrow if you hear anything.

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Every day seems like a lifetime sonj77 but it'll be here soon and then you can start your journey towards being debt free.

While I was waiting I went over and over figures, started planning on how to budget and tried to squirrel away a few pennies as a contingency fund.

Let us know as soon as you get your date!

Thank you sonj77, I enjoy the forum and although my knowledge is limited I'm glad that my words do reassure some.

You WILL get there of that I'm sure. Maybe one day write a blog as I'm sure your story will help others. x

I just tried to keep it at the back of my mind by keeping busy. Time goes faster if you don't dwell on it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Speak to the IP and find out why the delay. Once the IVA documents have been signed and returned the meeting should be called immediately unless there is something wrong.

Fingers crossed for the 1st! We had to be available by phone and I seem to remember that I was at work. Told my boss that I was waiting for a call from the doctors so may have to pop out, hubby went to work but has own office.
