Just thought I'd let you all know they reversed the decision to charge me extra!

My iva has been set up and I'm on the road to recovery. In 5 years I will have less hair but hopefully more money!

I'm literally sat in the car on my lunch with tears rolling down my face!

I haven't even told my girlfriend yet, I wanted to tell you guys first.

I've gained so much emotional strength through your help and advice for the past couple of months.

I'm rambling now so I'll stop. But you're all welcome up to york for a pint!

Excellent news , this was the £60 extra they wanted you to magically create wasn't it ?
Good on you and the IP for working with you.

I recall a pub called house of trembling madness was great, mines a cider :)

My Blog details, the route I took before IVA, how I choose my firm, equity release advice (year 4-5), challenging the CRA's keeping IVA on credit file once gone from insolvency register

IVA ended August 2015. Would recommend McCambridge Duffy

Thanks guys! The creditor that I owed the most money to stepped in and voted in my favour.

I feel so much better tonight. I haven't stopped smiling all day!

Well done and congrats. All your hard work has paid off and now the stress levels can have a respite. Done a bit of that crying lark a few times myself as well.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
