Phew!!! 3rd Review done and dusted and the report on it's way to me. My monthly contribution has increased but not as high as I expected so extremely happy, Very impressed with CF actually I emailed all my wage slips over last Thursday and sent all our bank statements registered post they got them on Friday and today Ashley my case officer called he was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about our IVA t&c's and explained what I need to do next ect. Our review date was 25th Feb so he has saved me many sleepless nights also told me not to increase my contribution until March :) Apart from the odd mistakes they make sending letters in error ect I can not really fault them. Hopefully just 2 years to go now.

Great news - glad it all went your way

I am still awaiting a reply to my email last week! I am beginning to doubt whether my case worker exists!
Did you go through customer services or through your case worker HM?

can i ask why your payments increased? Ours is due in April and paranoid they will increase even though outgoings increased more than income.
Did you prompt about the review or did they take the initiative?

Abbiesmum - our income has increased by £200.00 per month my bonus is included to calculate our monthly payment and I earned a higher monthly bonus last year, I am really happy with it I was expecting £100 rise but my payment has only gone up by £45 per month I asked for a raise in some areas they agreed. It really bothered me last year that they totally changed my I&E they have again but they have limits he said I don't think they go by the step change guidelines? ie they totally took my child care out but increased TV package ect I have decided not to get so stressed over it at the end of the day I feel they are being fair so I am not going to rock the boat querying how and why they do things!

Is there where they added costs in costs linked to smoking even if you never smoked?

Hint - NEVER accept that as it invalidates insurance policies etc.

Also if there are changes to the way they do things then they have to publish that in advance.

Your previous assessments based on who did them forms the basis of a contract.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

at the end of the day I am as happy with CF so far and I intend to co-operate and work with them to complete my IVA as painlessly as possible.
It just baffles me with the way they change the I&E that's all the figures all add up so that will do me.

Each of us will compromise where it will meet our needs - and ultimately that means will it get us out of the IVA.

There is no criticism intended - we are less than one month from completing and totally confused with what they are doing.
