Hi I am wondering , is any body give me some advice , I have completed my IVA by F&F early settlement offer. IVA completed on 04/07/2016 and received my completion certificate originally F&F offer approved on 05/05/2016.
My IVA was started on FEB 2013 and Finished on 04/07/2016 , originally IVA was 6 years duration. I have checked my credit report and showing IVA completed on credit file but still waiting for insolvency register renovation and hopefully will remove by 3 month ; as i noticed in insolvency register all ready updated my completion.
Still all of my IVA creditors not updated their report.
Please can you advise me when i can start for credit repair? Do i need to wait 6 years or i can start it from now?

You can check your credit record and get any defaults set back to the start of the IVA but the IVA will stay on there for the full six years.

You might find this quick video I made about cleaning up your credit record useful:

Noddle and Clearscore are also free credit agencies to consider using:

However I'm afraid your credit record is probably going to remain damaged until 2022, sorry!

You do need to send your completion letter to the data controller of any creditor who is still defaulting you.

You enclose a letter stating when it started, although they should already know.
