After forgetting my password and struggling to log back on I have re registered under a new name! I am LivingOnAPrayer. I re registered as the user name StillLivingOnAPrayer as although our last payment went out 25th April this year we have been waiting on the CC.
Today I met the postman at the door as I left for work and almost threw the post into the house as I was running late. Something told me to open the post so I went back in the house and opened the letter.
It was the much awaited CC! Oh my god I could have run down the street screaming! I could have cartwheeled all the way to work! The relief is just something else! After years of hard slog and sacrifices we have paid our dues and now we are DEBT FREE!
For those of you setting out on this journey, for those of you half way thru and for those of you so close to the finish line...hang on in there! Believe me it is sooooo worth it!
Thank you to this forum for being the only friend who actually knew we were in an IVA (it's our secret) and for making us feel that we were not alone. Thank you to DFD for getting us thru this with no real hiccups and thank you to my hubby for making sure I didn't go crazy! The champers has been brought off ice and cracked! Finally....debt free x x x

Great news StillLivingOnAPrayer, well done on completing your IVA, brilliant post and good to hear some positive news, we have 2 payments left so will be celebrating soon also, as you say its a long haul but keep chipping away at it and its surprising how quick the months pass, well done again.
