So, thats it, after a long winded 7 Year IVA, with NRAM as the primary creditor and Cleardebt as the IP. Aperture have (after 3 months) finally acknowledged that no further money is owed.
Now just awaiting that elusive Completion Certificate.
Cleardebt in my personal circumstances were poor throughout, some terrible Case Handlers.
Aperture are just slow
DRSP were awful, constant calls and letters and robbed me (and the creditors) of 33%.
Its been a tough old journey.
Those IP`s do like to squeeze every last penny from you and the least I say about the dreadful PPI of Doom the better.
Few things I have personally learned from this are:
The IP is not impartial, regardless of what anyone says, they want your money and as much of it as possible.
Keep a record of every call, every letter and every email you make/receive
Also, its about time the IP`s were regulated and not by the pointless and toothless Gateway, but by the FCA. Mass Variations, PPI, Secured Loans and Mis-Selling, all will likely raise their heads at somepoint.
Finally, just wanted to say thanks to a few regular posters, who offer their time, advice and generally do good, without sales pitches or other motives
Your a credit to these boards.

For those just starting the journey, keep at it, you will win this.
