My first post on the forum was on 19th January 2010, I was in huge debt desperately looking for help and advice.

Melanie Giles and Kallis were the first two posters who offered help, advice and reassurance, Kallis is still here helping and advising, unfortunately Melanie no longer posts on the forum.

I wisely chose to go with Melanie`s company for my IVA and yesterday, just two weeks after the final payment of my twelve month extension I received my C of C.

I had a couple of iffy moments during my IVA where I needed and was given help from my case manager without question, but I made it.

My IVA was accepted with a projected dividend of 34p in the £, I managed to return 78p in the £ and as from now I will be £1000 a month better off.

I shall be treating my amazing Missus to a day of shopping and dining next week even though she said she only needs some new socks[:D].

The IVA industry and it`s players have changed immensely in the last few years, I am just grateful that I managed to find this fantastic forum when I did and I took out my IVA when and with whom I did.
