We finished our joint IVA in 2013 with an early full and final settlement.
Our IVA would have concluded naturally at the end of January 2016 when the final payment was due.
We have now looked at remortgaging to a better deal and following a detailed credit check I have found that LLOYDS have had my old current account (which was included within the IVA) marked as in DEFAULT since 2011 £14 owing.
This is obviously affecting my credit score, how do I get this corrected? Should Debtlifeboat (my IP) have done this?
Ok so the default should be dated to the start of your IVA.
So you may need to write to the DATA Controller at LLoyds (NOT CUSTOMER SERVICES) the address you will find on the ICO website. Requested the default to be dated to the start of your IVA - give them 28 days to comply - IF not make a formal complaint via the ICO website
Ginger thankyou, however looking on the ICO website for LLOYDS brings up these which one do I use?

There are some letter templates - somewhere on this site that you may find useful - perhaps someone can post the link - if they can remember where they are.
The contact address for the correct Lloyd's account department you need will be on the bottom of your standard £2 credit report from whichever CRA you obtained your credit report from.
