You should get the outcome soon after the meeting, usually the same day.

I would call them on the day or even before (if they have received enough proxies securing the vote either way before hand then they will know the answer before the meeting)

You could always ring them before the meeting to see if there have been any early votes. This would give you an idea of how things were going and hopefully creditors take the offer.

Thank you for your reply.i have noticed there are 3 options my creditors can vote for.1.funds paid to date be accepted as full and final settlement. 2.voluntary arrangement is terminated no requirement for ip to petition for my bankruptcy certificate of termination is issued.potential claims post closure handled as assets for benefit of creditors.3 supervisor petitions for my bankruptcy costs to be funded by my creditors.where insufficient funds are available .The supervisor will not seek the appointment of trustee in bankruptcy. Do you think I will be made bankrupt?.I am worried.thanks.

Without knowing the specifics I would think it will be accepted. DFD will not have put this forward unless there were no other options and it does not seem that non compliance is the problem. When there is no surplus left and the client has tried everything then creditors normally accept what is there. Bankruptcy is rarely of any benefit.
