Well our final payment has left the bank today :)
Can't describe the feeling. Just got to sit tight and wait for the completion certificate. Here's hoping there's no nasty surprises.
Good luck to all setting out and or are on their journey. Its not an easy path to take but will be worth it in the end. Thanks for all the continued support from each and every one of you.

Well done Struzzo. I have just finished to. I don't know about you but its just a feeling of relief.

I think I am just going to take Michaels Peoples advice and just enjoy the extra cash rather than worry to much about the completion certificate! I am not in a rush to take on credit or anything like that.
Hope you have a little celebration.
