I would like to officially announce that my IVA is now completed. I got the CC through a couple of days ago and already my name has been removed form the Insolvency Register.

It only took 6 weeks from my point of completion to receive my CC and name to be removed, so sometimes I guess these things can go well. Although I may well be in the minority for this (it was a 6 year IVA by the way).

I was with DFD for my IVA and to be honest everything went really smoothly.

Just need to wait now for my credit files to be updated I guess as the IVA is still showing as active on Noddle (haven't bothered checking the others yet).

I can finally begin planning for the future again! :)

Hi

Great news and full marks to DFD for a six week period for completion certificate

Why do some companies take many months and a few even years ?

Regards

I am with debt free direct and am still waiting for my cc. Apparently they are having a technical issue with some accounts and mine is one of them.I made my last payment in March and have been told that it could take another six to eight weeks.so well done with yours.
