Hi all,

At 3pm we have a F&F meeting to see if payments made to date can complete our IVA. We've been struggling since July last year when I changed job (great pay promises never materialised). We were transferred from PJG to CF whilst struggling too. Have paid back 29k of original 54k between 28 creditors

I spoke to CF yesterday and whilst they can't confirm anything until after the meeting they did say it was looking good as have had some yes votes but still waiting for others.

I wanted to post this topic so wether a success or not others can see what may be accepted or rejected.

Thank you Andy. My husband and I discussed last night what a yes vote would mean and to us it means once we have the CC we then are able to make choices in our life, no limitations anymore.

I do want to add though that as I had been transferred by PJG to Creditfix they asked had I accepted their new t's & c's when I transferred. I hadn't received them but if I had accepted it meant they could not go forward with variation. I verbally rejected their t's & c's so we could move forward. I do hope it is accepted so we don't have this hanging over us but we will still be struggling financially. Although we will meet our mortgage payments and bills and housekeeping there is nothing left over for extras or unexpected events

Yeeessssssss it was accepted - we are now debt free! Creditfix have passed to closures and said our CC should be with us in 2 weeks. I must be one of the happiest people to be moved from PJG to Creditfix. Greg in their resolutions department has been so helpful!
