Hi one and all. I have two old company pensions which I had with previous employers. The total fund value is approximately £25k. I understand that I am unable to access these funds until retirement but is there anyway of accessing this funds to pay off the IVA considering the debt I have? I don't think there is but it's worth a post.

Hope everyone is keeping well.

Mikey

Hi Mikey,

Haven't a clue on this one I'm afraid.

Hopefully Mel or one of the other experts will be along later.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

27 down, 33 to go.

With a lot of pension funds you cam actually access these from age 50 onwards, so it might be worth contacting the scheme's administrators to see what terms there are in your own.
