hi wonder if someone can help. we have an unsecured element on our mortgage with northern rock which has been included in my iva but my husband and i still make the full payment on it as my husband is still liable. any dividends paid by me via my iva should this show on the mortgage statement and contribute toward the balance decreasing? any advice would be greatly received thanks

Hi
Yes it should come off the balance. It is possible that no dividends will be paid until the second year of your IVA.
